Our dedicated and trained team are on hand 24/7 to attend to non-cargo matters of the ship which includes but not limited to the following:
1. Crew
- Cash to Master as directed.
- Immigrations permits (Temporal work permit), shore pass, invitation letters, visa assistance etc.
- Meet and greet, baggage claims assistance, hotel booking, transportation and offshore transfer.
- Medical assistance & Emergency evacuation.
2. Supplies
- Coordinate the supply of quality fuels, lubricants and chemicals.
- Fresh water and stores(wet and dry provisions)
- Ship spare deliveries.
- Servicing of Life raft and supply of safety equipment
3. Liason
- Liaise with local authorities (Ports, Navy, Immigrations, Police, Courts) etc.
- Postal services
- Ship composite sample dispatch
- P & I correspondents
- Logistics support for class surveyors/ inspectors
4. Repairs
- Booking and supervising repairs with local workshops and contractors
- Fumigation, pest control, hull cleaning
- Cabbage, sludge, and waste disposal
